This article provides a comprehensive survey of the emerging technologies redefining sports management in 2026, focusing on three critical pillars: Athlete Performance, Fan Engagement, and Business Operations. Through a systematic review of current deployments, the study examines how innovations such as multimodal wearable ecosystems, AI-driven injury prediction, and “Digital Twin” simulations are shifting athletic management from reactive care to proactive optimization. Simultaneously, it explores the rise of “Phygital” stadiums and AI-powered hyper-personalization, which allow organizations to decouple revenue from local geography and engage global audiences via immersive Extended Reality (XR). From an operational  standpoint, the survey highlights the strategic impact of Big Data and algorithmic dynamic pricing in maximizing profitability and meeting stringent ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) mandates. However, the findings indicate that this “Strategic Pivot” introduces significant risks.
